The Deanship of E-learning and Distance Learning  seeks through coordinating with the relevant stakeholders to achieve the following goals:

1. Spread the  e-learning culture.
2. Ensuring  the quality of the E-learning  in  university colleges.
3. Improve the skills of the  faculty members in e-learning field and its applications.
4. Motivating faculty members to activate e-learning applications.
5. Providing an electronic environment which motivate learning and supporting the performance.
6. Strengthening community partnership  in the field of e-learning
7. Cooperating  with the university colleges to offer programs for distance learning
8. Providing professional qualified employees    in the field of e-learning services and programs.
9. Contributing the improvement of knowledge economical through deanship products as well as contributions and scientific projects.
