Administration of learning networks center follows and supervises on operation of broadcasting studios for many of educational activities which include lectures ,monthly events , meetings and PHD and MA thesis discussions from Diraiyah to Olaishah and Malaz. Administration includes the following units outside the Deanship:

·         College of Arts unit.

·         College of Applied Medical Sciences unit.

·         College of Business Administration unit.

·         College of Science unit.

·         College of Computer unit.

·         University studies center unit in Olaishah (Bachelor).

·         University studies center unit in Malaz.

·         University studies center unit in Olaishah ( postgraduate studies )

·         Olaishah unit (Bachelor –men-)

·         The east of Riyadh unit (parallel).

Third: Administration objectives:

·         Providing learning broadcasting services and transmitting lectures and events among university units.

·         Providing appropriate environment of learning devices and tools inside the studios and labs.

·         Providing distance  learning services for university students.

·          Providing an interactive e- learning environment among students and faculty members.

·         Facilitating learning process for faculty members and students.

   

Fourth: Administration tasks

·         Managing deanship units at colleges.

·         Operating deanship halls for meeting and seminars.

·         Operating deanship studios to broadcast postgraduate lectures.

·         Operating deanship studios to broadcast parallel master lectures.

·         Broadcasting Missouri's University lectures (College of Engineering).

·         Operating some colleges' studios to broadcast bachelor and postgraduate lectures.

·         Equipping computer lab at deanship for training courses.

·         Coordinating the booking of deanship halls.

·         Making academic schedules for  postgraduate and parallel master lectures

·         Adding maintenance request for network, computers and visual communication devices.

·         Making monthly, semi-annual and annual reports.

·         Operating the halls of university studies center in Malaz and Olaishah through network engineers.

·         Operating deanship halls to broadcast PhD and master thesis discussions.
