Establishing  History of the deanship of E-learning and distance learning

On 21/11/1428 H the deanship of  E-learning and distance learning has been approved to be establish in Response to the approval of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Prime Minister and Chairman of the Board of Higher Education by an Administrative Decree No. 10093/dated 21 \11 \1428H.

 Positions and Awards obtained by the Deanship

1- Strategic plan for the deanship of e-learning and distance learning at King Saud University obtained first position as the best strategic plan at University level in 2011.

2- Deanship of e-learning and distance learning at King Saud University obtained the First position of the United Nations Award for Public Service in Western Asia within the category of Public Services development in 2010 on the development of e-Learning environment at King Saud University.

3- Deanship of e-learning and distance learning at King Saud University obtained the second position of the Excellence Award in the universal e-learning from the National Center for e-learning and distance learning in 1434 H for qualitative programs which have been prepared by vice deanship of Development and Quality at the deanship.
