Vice deanship for development and quality is seeking to improve e-learning at King Saud University. Also, applying quality concepts and its methods for all the elements of e-learning systems including: inputs, outputs and processes. Also, the vice deanship seeks to the continuous development of the general organizational structure of the deanship and work procedures that suits and modern roles which undertaken by deanship of e-learning and distance learning. The vice deanship not only interests in e-learning and distance learning but exceeds to all University colleges through supervision on e-learning units and information technologies at colleges. Moreover, following up Colleges commitment about e-learning quality standards which the vice deanship editing it. The vice deanship  of development and quality includes number of projects , programs and mechanisms in deanship strategic  plan that aim to support University orientations and achieve its strategic objectives as well as, deanship strategic objectives.
